Reattaching the depressor septi is not a likely option. The frenulum of the upper lip can be re-attached but there are no functional guarantees.

Reattaching muscle virtually impossible. Frenulum possible. I cant comment on nasal flaps because I do not know what you are describing. Sorry.

hey there can you send me a picture of whats wrong with your smile because im going to have rhinoplasty and one of the things with my nose is the philtrum is short so when i talk and stuff you can see my upper teeth too much like the front 2 teeth but the rest is covered by my lip so i think they might lower it by maybe cutting the muscle or somthing my email is jdmengine@hotmail.com thnks
