I have what I would describe as thick, loose skin (for a Caucasian). Already I've had one reduction rhinoplasty, but my nose still appears to large and undefined. How much more can be archived in terms of slimming and adding definition to the nose given my skin type?
I've read that using grafts to lift the "tripod" of the nose can help people with thick skin, but how much can be done without making the nose look overly long?
Thanks, Gaz.
