We just need to start it up again, I think. This is LeeAnnB, as I understand there is another LeeAnn that used to write on the old message board. Anyway, to start: How many rhinoplasties has Cher had? I'm thinking at least two. Her nose looks great. It never was totally awful, but she had a lot of nose to begin with. (I did too, but now some of it is gone). Also, who in Hollywood should get a nose job but hasn't? Looking foward to hearing from you. -LeeAnnB

Check oout this intriguing article regarding Hoefflin: "FACE OFF: THREE OF HOLLYWOOD'S ELITE PLASTIC SURGEONS ARE AT WAR. IT'S GETTING REAL UGLY." www.californiamedicalboard.org/WashingtonPost102697.htmApparently he's operated on "Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Elizabeth Taylor, Sylvester Stallone, Don Johnson, Donald and Ivana Trump, Nancy Sinatra, Phyllis Diller -- to name a few "

THERE ARE MANY STARS WHO HAVE THEIR NOSE DONE-LOOKS LIKE JANET JACKSON RECENTLY DID AND HER NOSE LOOKS MUCH MORE NATERAL. ALSO GWENITH........ THIS IS MY QUESTION, HOW COME THEY NEVER GET BOTCHED? I MEAN NEVER! HERE WE DO THE RESEARCH AND HAVE SPENT THE TOP DOLLARS AND STILL GET BOTCHED. WHAT DO THEY KNOW OR WHO ARE THEY GOING TO THAT IS GUARENTEEING THEM A PERFECT JOB?
AND I DONT THINK IT IS BECUASE THE DOCTOR IS GIVEING THEM SPECIAL TREATMENT.
THIS WOULD BE THE KEY-IS TO FIND OUT TRUELY WHO THEY ARE USING! ;D

What we really need is to get our hands on a celeb's assistant. They know EVERYTHING - the right restaurants, stylists, doctors...and the best gossip too! My b-friend used to be an assistant's assistant and he came home with great stuff.

This is for you, Bry.
Though I usually shy away from discussing celebrities, I was watching late-night tv recently and I happened to bump into an interview that Lenny Kravitz was giving on Arsenio Hall's old show. This was when he was first starting out, before his dreadlocks grew out and were eventually chopped off. My first reaction was to realize that Kravitz looked somewhat different -- he's lost weight since then, I thought. Later on, however I noticed that it was his nose that was different. I checked out the cover of one of his recent albums and realized that though his tip was pretty much the same, the bridge of his nose was narrower and that he was missing the hump he was displaying on tv. It was pretty funny, but cool in the sense that he looks very much like himself but definitely better. Whoever did that surgery should be commended (not that Kravits had an unattractive nose to begin with -- bastard 8) .)
Half the time, I disagree with celebrity-related posts I've read. For example, I saw something on Gwyneth Paltrow the other night and they showed clips from old and new movies of hers alongside a brand new interview with her and she looked the same throughout to me, bump and all, and Christy Turlington is definitely not displayed in Sheen's surgery books like I read at some point -- my mom's got her pointy kind of nose and she'd never go under the knife, for heaven's sake! But regardless, this was one time when I definitely noticed the improvement, and I thought I'd also post this for those who'd asked for examples of successful rhinoplasties on "ethnic" noses.

I was in the record store just before Christmas, and noticed an old album of Tina Turner's -- in which she featured a completely different nose!

I watched a Behind the Music about Tina Turner. If they show her full strait faced, her nose is very cruked - obvious "nose job bad" But I kept seeing that they would only shoot her from one side, and you couldnt see the major flaw. This way of filming her was intentional for sure

Let's see, I had a nosejob so I have a sixth sense about who else does. I didn't see Sting mentioned but his is obvious.

Don't forget about Lisa Kudrow! I read in a magazine (either Glamour or Allure) that she had a nose job when she was younger and is completely open about it! I didn't know about Ross though, are you sure about that one?

Yes, Schwimmer does have a nosejob. I have seen his High School picture (BevHill High) in People magazine. he has and had a nosejob.
I have a friend who is a plastic surgeon who told me that he can spot a nosejob a mile away and taught me some tricks...pinched tip always, too small, straight-narrow bridge. Look at how unnaturally long Schwimmer's bridge is. It wouldn't suprise me if Cox had a nosejob either, a great one by the way.
I forgot about LKudrow, you are right. For some reason I always forget about her being on the show.
Ironically, Joey is considered "the good looking" one and he hasn't had a nosejob. Just goes to show that its the overall harmony of the face.

p.s. someone should start a website with celebritynosejobs.com and just document every celeb. it would be great and it isn't defamatory either because 1)truth is an absolute defense2)malice is required for a public-figure defamation action...that is why tabloids ;D want. I am a lawyer with a nosejob.
