Hello - I am emailing in regards to my Rhinoplasty operation I had 3 weeks ago.
My Background history - I am a 28 year old Indian living in the UK. The reason I had the operation was that my nose wide at the bridge, I had flarry nostrils, a bulbous Tip and it was prominent.
My surgeon (Prof Jones) therefore reduced the width of my nose, made the nostrils smaller, and made my tip thinner. My surgeon also said I had thick skin.
The problem now with my nose is that when I look into my nose the holes in my nostrils are far too small (i.e. around 2 mm's wide and 5 mm's long). I can't even put my little finger in there any more. This is causing me a lot of discomfort and stress. Can this be corrected, as I think the bridge has been made too narrow which would require widening? If the bridge can be widened how long before it would be safe to operate on it?
Also due to the opeartion my breathing has gone worse.
Your Help on this matter would be very much appreciated.
Regards
Pardeep
