Hi Dr. M..what are the chances of a good result on surgery #5? I have had 4 previous surgeries, each done to correct the one before. My latest problem is a fat, undefined tip. The surgeon seems to have removed too much tip graft so there is no definition. I saw a revision specialist PS in NYC who feels confident he can make it look better. He has been treating me w/ Kenalog for close to a year and a lot of the scar tissue has subsided. However, I am still unhappy with the look What do you think with all the surgeries already performed my chances are? I thought the 4th surgery would look better but my nose looked mutated afterward!! It has harmed my self image so badly but at the same time, I am frightened that another surgery could make my nose look worse!! How does a nose heal after so many surgeries?
