Hi Dr. M,
I had closed rhinoplasty six weeks ago and love my new nose. I have a lump at the very top of my nasal bones that I can move around in my fingers, and my doctor says it is probably a bone spicule. It feels like soft tissue formed around the spicule. He says that bone that isn't contacting bone is usually reabsorbed, and if it isn't he will take care of it.
My doctor is a good guy, but I can tell he's try to reassure me. What are the chances of this lump being absorbed- it's quite visible on my bridge. And, if it doesn't absorb, how can my doctor remove it- can he go in from the top of my bridge and just suction it out?
Thanks for your help!
