Both Valves have slowly been collapsing (congenital) to the point where it is obstructing my airway. I am 24 and am told my cartilage is weak and I have thin skin. Cosmetically, my nose is caving in along the external sidewalls. For what its worth, Breathe Right strips work great at night. Also when I push my nose up w/ my fingers my breathing improves. What technique should my doctor embrace, considering I have weak sidewall cartilage and thin skin all around? Suture techniques or speader grafts possibly? I will be consulting Romo III, Tobias and Constantinides. Should I go with one of these docs and what technique should they employ? Thanks.
