Dr. Barek. How long in New York?

Hello,

I'm trying to choose between Dr. Barek and Dr. Toriumi. My nose is too long and I can see inside my nostrils from the side. Who would you recommend?
Also, with either one of them, I'd have to travel because I live in Indiana. How long do I have to stay where they are? A week? Two weeks? Three days?
